After the birth of my son many moons ago (19 )  a friend asked me if I wanted to join her for a yoga class. At the time I was open to it and if I’m being honest It was to lose weight.  I went in not sure what to expect, it was not only physical but it was very much transformational.

This was all new to me but I definitely kept showing up as I learning so much about myself. I’m grateful for my practice as it’s a time where I connect to myself and my breath and helps me feel better on many levels.

I wasn’t sure if I wanted to teach and get up in front of a crowd of people but I overcame my fear as this practice helped me & it felt more important for me to share and give others a sense of safety and receive so many benefits not only on a physical level,  but also mentally, emotionally & spiritually.
