Vinyasa Flow Teacher

I started my yoga journey years ago almost by accident because a friend wanted to try a yoga class. Shortly after going, I discovered the many benefits yoga has to offer.I began going once a week then twice a week and eventually multiple times a week.

Sometimes even practicing classes back to back. It was sometime during this phase when I knew one day, I would end up teaching yoga. Very quickly it became a love and passion of mine. Since then, I have completed multiple yoga training courses. I don’t have a favourite style because I love them all since, they are so different.

To date, I have taken power yoga, chair yoga, restorative, yoga nidra, trauma yoga, prenatal, and meditation trainings. To me each one serves a purpose and shows how yoga is for everybody. Something tells me my learning is far from over.

Yoga has given me the tools to help stay calm when things become challenging and to help peel back the layers so I can be my most authentic self. I love meeting new souls and creating connections with others.
